Brief body material+
100% cotton brief body. Final production specification to be confirmed on the product tag.
Waistband material+
The waistband may contain elastic components. See the product tag for the exact composition. For this reason we describe the brief body — not the entire finished garment — as 100% cotton.
Insert exterior material+
A flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) outer material selected as a considered alternative to conventional rigid or PVC-based cooling-pack constructions.
Insert filling+
A reusable, freezable gel filling contained inside the sealed TPU exterior. The insert is designed to be removed before washing the brief.
Cotton cover material+
The removable cooling insert is enclosed in a cotton cover that creates a fabric layer between the TPU exterior and the wearer.
Travel-case exterior+
A durable outer shell selected for repeated travel use. Full material specification to be confirmed on the product tag.
Travel-case insulation+
An insulating layer designed to help slow the warming of the frozen cooling insert during travel. Exact duration depends on ambient conditions and use.

Remove the cooling insert before washing. Machine wash cold. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Wipe the insert and travel case clean with a damp cloth.

Why is an insulated travel case included?+
Many customers use a sauna after traveling to a gym or completing a workout. The case is designed to help keep the pre-frozen insert cold until the sauna session begins.
Will the insert remain completely frozen throughout my workout?+
Results depend on the insert's starting temperature, travel duration, ambient conditions, how often the case is opened, and other factors. The case is intended to slow warming, but no exact frozen duration is guaranteed unless stated based on verified testing.
Does the Core Kit include the travel case?+
No. The Core Kit includes one brief and one cooling insert. Choose the Essential Kit or Double Kit when insulated travel storage is needed.
Why is the cooling insert covered in cotton?+
The cotton cover creates a fabric layer between the cooling insert's TPU exterior and the wearer. It is not a guarantee against all microplastic or chemical exposure.
Is the product plastic-free?+
No. The brief body and insert cover use cotton, but the reusable cooling insert has a TPU exterior and other components may contain synthetic materials.
Does SaunaGuard protect fertility or testosterone?+
SaunaGuard is a consumer cooling and comfort product. It has not been clinically proven to prevent infertility, protect sperm quality, preserve testosterone, or treat a medical condition.
What sizes are available?+
The briefs are available in Small, Medium, Large, and XL. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up as cotton has minimal stretch.
