The cooling insert is designed to be used with its cotton cover and placed inside the brief's designated front pouch. Cooling intensity and personal comfort may vary based on freezer temperature, sauna conditions, and individual sensitivity.

Why We Built SaunaGuard

SaunaGuard began with a simple question: how could we make the sauna routine more intentional about heat, materials, and real-life convenience?
First, we wanted underwear with a 100% cotton body so a natural-fiber layer — not synthetic fabric — sits next to the wearer's skin during high-heat use. We wanted a more microplastic-conscious option for men who think carefully about the materials they wear against their skin.
